Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy & Return Policy at Unique Express

Order Cancellation & Immediate Cancellation Policy

You may request order cancellation only immediately upon placing it – within minutes or before communication to our vendors or merchants has taken place. Once transmission of an order has occurred and shipping/delivery has begun, cancellation cannot be accepted.

Please be aware: Eligible cancellations made within the allowed window do not incur cancellation charges; however, we recommend carefully reviewing all order details before confirming payment in order to avoid policy cancellation or booking request cancellation fees.


Cancelling Orders of Perishable Goods

Order cancellation or modification for perishable products such as flowers, cakes, fruits or any eatables cannot be reversed as these are delivered promptly for optimal freshness. In case a perishable item does not meet quality expectations, it should be reported immediately so a replacement or money-back claim can be lodged (subject to verification).


Return Policy for Damaged, Defective or Mismatched Products

Our return and refund process has been designed to be seamless. For damaged or defective items: please notify our Customer Service team as soon as you receive them with clear images on the same day; this way our team and merchant will work quickly to address the issue and verify it before taking further steps.

Product Mismatch: If the received item does not match what was described or shown online, contact us within one day of its arrival and let us review and take necessary actions, such as replacement or refunding of funds.

For products covered under manufacturer warranties, we advise contacting them directly as per their warranty terms. When it comes to refund requests and processing times:

Once approved after verification: your refund status will be updated within your account within 6–8 working days, and refunds can be expected back into your bank account.

Refund processing times will differ slightly depending on your bank or payment gateway; we begin the process immediately upon approval and ensure it reaches you via the same payment method used during checkout.
